Youtrust has rebranded and is expanding its Brand & Communication efforts. As Brand Manager, you will anchor the new positioning and grow brand awareness among mid-market and enterprise audiences in regulated sectors.

You own topics end to end, in full autonomy, driving editorial strategy, premium content, and sales assets across formats while coordinating with marketing, design and product teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of brand/content/editorial experience with business impact.
• Excellent verbal and written French and English communication.
• Willingness to work from our Paris office.
• Ownership mindset: propose options and recommendations without a brief.
• Strong anticipation skills to identify dependencies early.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and keep rigor across multiple topics.
• Daily use of AI to challenge outputs and translate into actions.

Responsabilités

• Own the editorial charter and keep tone, messages and brand identity consistent across all materials.
• Define the editorial roadmap and calendar by business priority; produce and oversee content across formats.
• Create premium content and sales assets: white papers, customer stories, business cases, enablement materials.
• Run LinkedIn and YouTube editorial lines to grow reach and engagement.
• Measure content impact and coordinate with Product Marketing, Design, Inbound and Outbound.

About the role

Position Overview

Youtrust has just completed its rebranding. Our Brand & Communication team now needs to anchor this new positioning and build awareness, with the structure, traction and autonomous execution to make it stick.

As Brand Manager, you drive Youtrust's brand and editorial strategy post‑rebranding. You strengthen our brand authority and awareness with mid‑market and enterprise audiences in regulated sectors. You turn a broad content scope into consistent output that supports our business. You own your topics end to end, in full autonomy.

Your Responsibilities

As Brand Manager, your goal is to anchor Youtrust's new positioning and grow brand awareness, turning a broad content scope into consistent, business‑driven output.

What you will do:

• Own the editorial charter, and keep tone, messages and brand identity consistent across every support.
• Define the editorial roadmap and calendar by business priority, and produce and oversee content across formats.
• Produce premium content and sales assets: white papers, customer stories, business cases and sales enablement materials.
• Run the LinkedIn and YouTube editorial line, and grow reach and engagement.
• Measure content impact, adjust formats and channels, and coordinate with Product Marketing, Design, Inbound and Outbound.

About you

You are above all a storyteller with a business mind : you turn complex topics into clear, engaging content, and you know how to make a message land with the right audience. You're self‑motivated, highly adaptable, and driven to deliver results.

You have

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in brand, content or editorial roles, with the business sense to connect every action to an objective and prioritise by impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French (Native Speaking) and English (C1, product/legal/strategic nuance).
• Willingness to work from our Paris office.
• An ownership mindset: you explore options and form a recommendation before escalating, without waiting for a brief.
• Strong anticipation skills: you spot dependencies early and secure them before they become a problem.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and keep rigor and composure across several parallel topics.
• A daily, critical use of AI: you challenge and verify its outputs and turn them into actionable recommendations.
