Job summary

Accor is seeking a Brand Assistant Manager for the Novotel & Handwritten Collection brand team on an internship basis. You will support strategic projects, coordinate with Procurement, Design, Operations, and hotels, and help roll out sustainability programs and brand standards.

You will manage global brand content, create assets and toolkits, and support the internal newsletter and regional-global relays network. Fluency in English required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master/MBA or Bac+4/5 in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong project management skills and organized work approach.
• Experience in hospitality, sustainability or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and rolling out brand and sustainability projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update global brand content, assets and toolkits.
• Create and distribute the Novotel Global internal newsletter.
• Coordinate the marketing relays network across Regional hubs and Global teams.
