Pernod Ricard, based at The Island in Paris, offers an exciting internship in its Prestige Brand Unit, working on Maison Perrier-Jouët, G.H. Mumm, and Sainte Marguerite en Provence.

You will join the Portfolio & Activation Team from January 2027, contributing to packaging concepts and global brand storytelling across markets. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master in business & advertising, have some experience, and are fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master degree in business & advertising.
• First successful experience in a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and launch new product offers including packaging designs with internal teams and external partners.
• Create compelling packaging concepts and supporting storytelling for markets.
• Develop activation assets (notes, guidelines, visuals) for successful SKU launches.
• Support markets in launching new offers and addressing commercial needs.
• Conduct market studies, syntheses, and competition benchmarks when needed.

Starting in January 2027, you’ll be part of the Portfolio & Activation Team, working on inspiring projects that bring our brands to life across global markets.You’ll be based at The Island, our vibrant headquarters in the heart of Paris — a collaborative space where innovation meets conviviality.YOUR KEY MISSIONSDevelop and launch new product offers including the bottle and the giftbox packaging designs in close collaboration with the Development Packaging Team, the Cellar Master Team and the internal Creative Studio, getting sign off from key stakeholders.Contribute to the development of inspiring packaging concepts in collaboration with renowned artists, designers, and personalities — from the creative design to the storytelling content — to captivate our audiences and drive desirability and salesDevelop relevant activation assets behind each SKU to ensure successful launches and sales within the Markets: tasting notes, event guidelines, packshots, beautyshots, Key Visual, Animated Key Visual, merchandising & POS guidelines, … Creative concept thinking, stakeholder brief, development follow-up until assets delivery.Daily support the Markets to assist them in launching and selling the new offers, taking into account their commercial and consumer needs.Conduct when needed market studies, synthesis and competition benchmarks to make recommendations.Please note that for this position, you could be in contact with multiple managers within the portfolio & architecture team.
