You will lead a team, mentor staff, and push for continued knowledge sharing and growth while delivering strong customer satisfaction and renewal performance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and continuous relationship with customers.
• Study market to identify trends for up-sell/cross-sell of products.
• Coordinate and participate in marketing activities to achieve business goals.
• Ensure customer delight through efficient service and retention of existing customers.
• Recovery of receivables and protection of revenue flow.
• Maintain branch books, documents and liaison with authorities.
• Support audit and inspection processes and ensure branch profitability.
• Provide handholding and ongoing training to the team.
• Encourage knowledge sharing for business development and career growth.
