Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing files (process sheet, bill of materials, drawing) to understand parts to be painted.
• Apply paints with care and perform sealing as required to achieve a perfect finish during the production phase.
• Apply safety protocols and follow technical data sheets meticulously, using solvent‑based paints primarily, and occasionally water‑based paints.
• Conduct rigorous quality control, performing systematic self‑checks to ensure finishes meet established standards.
• Work hands‑on with a focus on team spirit; planned working hours are daytime, with 2×8 shifts during peak activity.

Candidate Profile

• CAP in Automotive Painting or Vocational Baccalaureate in Automotive Bodywork and Painting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position.
• Proficiency in paint technology and components of liquid paint.
• Strong organization, rigor, attention to detail, and good ability to concentrate.
