Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a Bio-informatician / Data Scientist intern for the Langlade site, Toulouse, starting January/February 2027. You will map omics studies with a knowledge graph, design the KG schema (RDF/LPG), and validate the modeling with the team. Strong Python skills and biomedical data interest are expected.

University-level Master 2 or final year in Bioinformatics/CS/DS is required. Telework one day per week after one month, with on-site meals and restaurant vouchers offered.

Qualifications

• Master 2 or last year of an engineering program in Bioinformatics/CS/DS.
• Proficient in Python and data analysis workflows.
• Interest in biomedical data and omics datasets.

Responsibilities

Ces études génèrent une richesse de données, cliniques comme omiques, textuelles comme tabulaires, qui constitue une banque d’informations précieuse. Il est impératif de bien l’organiser pour en tirer le meilleur parti et la capitaliser.**Vous participerez à la conception d'un **Knowledge Graph** permettant de relier, structurer et valoriser ces données et métadonnées issues des études cliniques, dans le respect des principes **FAIR** (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) — un enjeu majeur pour la recherche scientifique moderne.* Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :* Vous familiariser avec les méthodes et les infrastructures dédiées aux KGs* Réaliser un travail de recherche bibliographique sur les outils actuels de stockage de données/métadonnées respectant les principes FAIR* Concevoir le schéma et modéliser un KG (RDF / LPG)* Evaluer et valider la modélisation proposée Vous présenterez régulièrement vos résultats et travaillerez en interaction étroite avec l’équipe.
