Google Paris, France seeks a Social Agency Manager for LCS France to lead strategic engagement with major agencies and brands in English and French. You will craft Joint Business Plans, pitch data-backed advertising solutions, and drive revenue growth while expanding Google's partner ecosystem.

The role emphasizes executive-level communication, negotiation, and a deep understanding of paid social ecosystems, with a strong focus on collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
• Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
• Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed revenue sales targets.
• Demonstrate Google's value clearly by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
• Own the customer’s growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
