Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom.
• Process online orders and store transfers efficiently.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases according to procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed kindly and accurately.
• Perform store opening and closing duties, ensuring security.
