Sidetrade, based in Paris, is seeking an Investor Communications (IR) Specialist to transform quarterly revenue, margin and growth into an equity story trusted by institutional investors. This is a writing-focused role in the Communications team with direct exposure to the CFO and CEO, producing communications in English and French.

You will create investor decks, press materials, and roadshow content, manage investor relations activities, and prepare leadership for financial moments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PGE or equivalent in business.
• Exposure to capital markets or corporate finance in investor-facing roles preferred.
• Comfort with financial statements and valuation metrics.
• Strong writing in English and French; portfolio or samples required.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Able to work in France; comfort with AI tools like Claude.

Responsabilités

• Create investor decks, press releases, and roadshow materials.
• Write and promote investor communications; support relationship management with investors, analysts, and journalists.
• Prepare responses to investor/analyst questions; prep CFO/CEO for financial moments.
• Maintain and update investor CRM with accurate records.
• Plan and organize investor meetings, roadshows, shareholder meetings, and capital markets events.
• Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen the equity story.
