WordAppeal is seeking an experienced Editorial project manager to lead the production of a high-impact deliverable in French and English, within a complex, highly technical environment.

You will oversee the full editorial workflow from content planning to final delivery, source and consolidate contributions from global stakeholders, and draft, edit, and proofread content in FR and EN to ensure clarity and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in editorial project management.
• Strong background in content strategy, writing, and editing in FR & EN.
• Ability to manage complex international projects with diverse contributors.
• Comfortable with AI, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full editorial workflow from content planning to final delivery.
• Source, coordinate, and consolidate contributions from multiple stakeholders worldwide.
• Draft, edit, and proofread content in French and English for clarity and accuracy.
• Manage revision cycles and oversee validation processes with numerous contributors.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met in a multi-stakeholder setting.
