ixolabs.ai is seeking a highly capable evaluator to work remotely on Arabic-language safety evaluations. You will create test prompts, classify conversations, judge scientific accuracy and the handling of sensitive content, and document the evidence behind each decision.

Applicants should hold a PhD in chemistry, biology, or a related field, possess native or near-native Arabic and business-level English, and be able to work across chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear topics with sound

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology or closely related field required; depth across chemical, biological or radiological/nuclear subject matter.
• Depth in one relevant area is valuable; each specialty not expected of one person.
• Native or near-native Arabic and business-level written English required.
• Sound judgment about scientific safety and dual-use information.

Responsabilités

• Write technically demanding prompts within scientific expertise.
• Classify prompts and conversations using the provided evaluation rules.
• Judge scientific accuracy, usefulness and appropriate treatment of sensitive content.
• Document the evidence behind each decision and distinguish clear errors from uncertainty.
