Doctors Without Borders is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage the BI environment and develop tools to support fundraising activities. You will also assist in data collection initiatives and analytics projects in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

You will work under the BI, Research and Statistics Manager to ensure data quality, governance, and insights that help decision-making across departments. Fluency in French and English is required, with 2+ years in BI preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in BI, big data, statistics or data science (minimum Bac+5).
• Professional experience in BI-related roles is preferred (2 years).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; knowledge of data modeling and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Administer BI environment in collaboration with the data engineer.
• Translate requirements into reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate service providers for deployment and ensure data quality and availability.
• Collaborate with data team to optimize data ingestion and modeling.
• Produce and maintain reports and dashboards for fundraising services.
