Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Preferably experienced in the cosmetics or pharmacy sector.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Preparing training content and materials for pharmacy partners and internal teams.
• Translating training documents.
• Planning online and offline trainings.
• Organizing and managing all training activities.
• Delivering sales technique trainings.
• Following current training and development trends.
• Trainings and follow-up of the Beauty Advisors team.
• Organizing training activities that support pharmacy sell-out.
• Preparing monthly training activity reports.
• Planning monthly customer visits by region.
