Responsibilities

• Lead your Axe (Parfum, Soin, Maquillage, Caisse, Exploitation), organize and plan the activity of your team by driving growth levers tied to the commercial and human development plans for your area.
• Motivate your sales advisors around common objectives to satisfy and delight our customers.
• Develop product and service knowledge of Sephora and pass it to your team to meet commercial challenges of your axis and, more generally, of the store.
