Why the Investment Banking Graduate Programme?
In our Country Coverage, Sector, and M&A teams the Investment Banking group builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs and financial goals, and develops appropriate investment banking solutions. You will be part of that strategic process, advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering holistic, structured solutions that help them achieve their goals through mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management.
The chance to make an impact
As a Banking graduate you will work with our Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams, answering our clients’ most strategic questions. After several weeks of intensive training, you will join one of our industry, product, or geographic groups and start working on live deals and business development projects right away. Within small deal teams, you’ll quickly play an important role on a variety of demanding assignments.

Who We’re Looking For
To be considered you must be motivated and curious, hold or be pursuing a degree in any area, and be fluent in English and French. Purpose of the Role
To participate in the day‑to‑day activities of the investment banking division, gain broad exposure to different types of clients and transactions, and focus on specialist areas.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate on live deals and client pitches, supporting the team with advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering structured solutions to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support under decreasing supervision, responding to questions and processing transactions.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision‑making in investment banking, learning from experts in the industry.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
