A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Banker Professional to support Client Advisors in various operational tasks. This role involves managing client communications, account opening, and administration in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both French and English, possess a relevant university degree, and have strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject.
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Previous experience in Private Banking industry (especially in France) preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team.
  • Help manage account opening/onboarding process.
  • Support Bankers with updating account documentation.
  • Conduct client Periodic Reviews in coordination with the Banker.

As a Banker Professional you will provide support to a team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team‑oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfill requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship‑management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate
  • Help manage account opening/onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
  • Help support Bankers with updating account documentation/authorities & Sig Lists on an ad‑hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
  • Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
  • Help with team projects and admin (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
  • Support to resolve ad‑hoc client queries and standard reporting
  • Conduct client Periodic Reviews in coordination with the Banker
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Self‑starter, extremely organized and detailed‑oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Previous experience in Private Banking industry (especially in France)
