You will lead the training community and manage teams aimed at enhancing client experience and performance. Ideal candidates will have 10 years of training experience in a global retail environment. Description

Your opportunity

You will lead the development and implementation of the training strategy, from conception to rollout, for WW Retail Teams, aiming at elevating our client experience, commercial performance and passion sharing.

You will support business and retail teams by assessing, designing, and ensuring the development and deployment of engaging retail-training tools, animations and workshops.

You will identify opportunities and synergies with other departments; instill best practice sharing, and a consistent approach to learning across all retail teams.

How you will contribute
  • Assess, design and develop Retail Training plans and tools (in-store, classroom and digital) in line with the Retail Excellence strategy and Global Retail Training framework
  • Develop a cohesive retail training community across all regions and training levels (from HQ, to HO, to Local trainers, and in-store training Ambassadors)
  • Follow-up on training roll-out with Regional training and management
  • Lead the Development of a culture of strategic Coaching and feedback amongst our Managers in Stores, aimed at driving performance and client experience elevation
  • Manage, engage and develop the Retail Training teams at headquarters and regionally
Who you are
  • 10 years’ experience in training design, development and deployment
  • Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position would be appreciated
  • Experience in Digital training and gamification
  • Certificated Insight Coach is appreciated
  • Possess a strong passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Able to work in a fast and international environment with many interactions
  • Able to work under pressure on tight schedule and adapting to different requests (prioritize + flexibility)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); Photoshop; digital tools
  • Perfect command of English
