Sibelco in Compiegne is seeking an Operator of bagging and loading to ensure installations perform as required and to deliver consistent product quality.

You will follow procedures, adjust equipment, monitor quality checks, and log production data in our IT system while adhering to safety rules.

The role is temporary, requiring a lower level education and prior packaging experience, with English reading ability to support technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Responsabilités

• Operate and adjust the packaging and loading installations according to procedures.
• Serves pumps, open and closes taps, etc.
• Fixes alerts and performs quality checks of products.
• Analyze and monitor production data to meet process specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with others to ensure qualitative products.
• Record production data into the required IT system.
• Follow safety policies and handle PPE responsibilities.
