Qualifications

• Commercial or open-source experience with Rust or another systems programming language.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems in production.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redpanda, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
• Interest in building consumer-facing products is advantageous.
• English communication skills required; additional languages are not essential.
