Synthesio, part of Ipsos, is seeking a back-end engineer to join the squad building and maintaining data processing pipelines for 80M documents daily.

You will design solutions with product owners and fellow developers and contribute to microservices, Go, Python, and SQL workloads. This role is based in Paris and offers a hands-on, scalable backend environment with modern tooling and continuous deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Go or Python and microservices architectures.
• Experience with data pipelines and big data processing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain processing pipelines handling 80M documents ingested daily.
• Collaborate with product owner and squad to design and implement projects.
• Develop and evolve backend libraries and tooling across the team.
• Define milestones for project implementation and deployment.
