amo is looking for its first Software Engineer for the User Safety Tooling team in Paris. You will design internal systems to protect users, support data collection, and ensure compliance with global regulations in a small, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trust and safety tooling or content moderation systems.
• Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language (Go, Kotlin, C, or C++).
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated passion for user safety, human moderation, AI moderation, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design and build highly-scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platforms and tools, including data tracking pipelines.
• Develop systems to enhance data collection, compliance, and safety processes.
• Create APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Create intelligent workflows including automating complex decision-making processes.
• Understand product objectives to develop user-friendly platforms that align with operational needs.
• Ensure safety services have zero downtime and can scale as our user base grows.
