MYM is seeking a Back-end Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance solutions for its back-end platform. You will drive the transition from a monolith (PHP 8 / Symfony 6.x) to a distributed microservices architecture in Go, while ensuring data integrity across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and DocumentDB.

Collaboration within a squad will focus on CI/CD, observability, and testing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of backend experience, strong PHP and Go skills, and a polyglot mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer in back-end roles.
• Experience building and scaling high-traffic systems.
• Proficiency in PHP (Symfony) and Golang; comfortable with polyglot stacks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain core business logic in PHP 8 / Symfony 6.x monolith (upgrading to 7).
• Architect and implement new high-performance services in Golang.
• Ensure data integrity with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and DocumentDB; participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability efforts; write automated tests (unit/integration/E2E).
