Jobtailor in Lyon is seeking an experienced Java backend developer to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems. You will contribute to high-performance REST APIs, data pipelines, and scalable microservices in a cloud environment.

The role emphasizes SOLID principles, Clean Code, and CI/CD automation, with collaboration across frontend, DevOps, and product teams to support a high-volume platform.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Java backend development.
Proficient in Java.
Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
REST API development.
SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
Maven or Gradle.
Git.
Knowledge of REST principles, SOLID and Clean Code.
Nice-to-have: Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Elasticsearch.
Microservices architecture.
Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
Bash.
Node.js / TypeScript.

Responsabilités
