Main duties and responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in the system
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics and production teams
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to clarify order‑related issues
• Support the preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents
• Maintain and update customer and product master data
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and corrections in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all data entries meet company standards for quality and accuracy
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the sales and management teams

Requirements

• A degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fluent German and English
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
• IT literacy and Confidence Excel
• Strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Motivation, accountability, and a willingness to learn
