Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Spring Framework & Spring Boot in distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka (or IBM Event Streams) and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and version control: Git, GitHub, GitHub CI/CD.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and software development best practices.
• Proven ability to perform deep technical analysis and produce clear documentation for complex systems.
• Experience with large-scale web applications and the seniority to guide architectural decisions.
• Istio and SonarQube are expected; however, truly outstanding candidates with strong solid experience may be considered without them.

• Must be based in Strasbourg, or willing to relocate before starting
• Remote working is only possible from Strasbourg (no remote from other cities/countries)
