Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through the EWOR Fellows program. You will receive a salary while building your company, with an option for up to €500k in funding, and weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders.

You will gain access to a selective network of top founders, peers, and investors, plus hands-on support to reach product-market-fit, hire effectively, and prepare for multi‑million euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build and run your startup in fields such as B2B.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme.
• Receive hiring advice and access to a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding rounds.
• Iterate your product to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
