Job summary

Rotortrade is seeking a B2 licensed Helicopter Avionics Technician to perform and certify electrical and avionics maintenance within our EASA Part-145 environment. You will work on helicopters, using approved maintenance data, and ensure compliance with European aviation requirements and Rotortrade procedures.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, wiring repairs, software loading, and certifying releases to service where authorised, with travel for inspections and deliveries as required.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence in category B2.
• Relevant helicopter type rating(s) recorded on the licence are preferred.
• 1–3 years of post–qualification experience in helicopter avionics or electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in French and technical English to understand maintenance data and communicate with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on helicopter electrical and avionics systems.
• Carry out inspections, fault isolation and functional tests using approved data.
• Assess condition and report defects or airworthiness concerns.
• Apply maintenance data, wiring diagrams and service bulletins.
• Certify maintenance and issue release to service when authorised.
• Coordinate with other teams to support efficient maintenance and deliveries.
• Travel within France and internationally for inspections or deliveries.
