Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Data Solution Architect to join a Microsoft Dynamics/BI consultancy. You will architect end-to-end Azure Data Platform solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics, while guiding delivery teams and collaborating with clients to shape data strategy.

The role emphasizes strong Azure expertise, BI tooling, and governance, with ongoing professional development and a focus on delivering scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working in a similar senior role
• Experience designing and implementing Azure data solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Azure services (Fabric, Power BI)
• Familiar with Azure Purview and governance
• Familiar with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to travel across the UK and abroad
• Graduate-level education in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of data models and OLAP/ BI basics
