Job summary

Keoni is seeking an experienced MFT/ITIL expert to design, operate and evolve secure, robust file transfer platforms across Windows and Linux. You will manage cross-functional MFT components, supervise production, and drive automation with PowerShell, Python and Shell scripting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and operating MFT platforms.
• Hands-on with Axway Synchrony and Stonebranch Universal Agent.
• Strong incident, problem and change management capabilities.
• Scripting and automation across PowerShell, Shell, Perl, Python.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical data exchange platforms.
• Own cross-functional MFT platforms and oversee upgrades and maintenance.
• Install, operate, and upgrade file transfer platforms across environments.
• Lead production supervision and resolve complex incidents.
• Administer data transfers with multiple partners and support users.
• Develop scripts and automations for transfers and batch processing.
• Monitor and report on application data flows and operational metrics.
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change management (L3 support).
