Airbus SAS is seeking an Avionics Retrofit Systems Manager to join the Services team in Toulouse, France. You will lead retrofit projects end to end, from technical offers to SB approvals, coordinating with Design Office and Airframe Services to deliver efficient, compliant retrofit solutions for customers.

The role requires Master level engineering, strong avionics knowledge, and excellent communication in English and French.

Qualifications

Master in electronic or Aeronautical Engineering
Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics systems (ATA 22, 23, 27, 31, 34, 45, 46)
Project management
Airworthiness and safety
Proactive, team player and good organizational skills
Fluent in English
Good level in French

Responsabilités

Manage a Retrofit project end to end from SB launching to technical approval and dispatch to customers
For optional upgrade subjects, perform Technical Offers and ROM at pre-sales phase
Perform maturity analysis and decide on retrofit solution launching and planning
Define retrofit solution technical definition based on customer expectations
Coordinate and contribute to MOD TRS creation/update/justification
Support Production Center during SB authoring phase
Answer to customer queries and support working parties
Identify and develop new products/retrofit solutions with Airframe Services and Design Office
