Job summary

Paris Cessna Citation Service Center is seeking a highly qualified Work Preparator/Scheduler to ensure all necessary data and information are available to service aircraft or supply components in coordination with all relevant departments.

Responsibilities include opening work orders and work package preparation, parts ordering when revisions are prepared, tooling verification, paperwork review, liaising with planning and hangar to schedule maintenance, and initiating Preliminary Input Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Opening SO and work package preparation.
• Parts ordering when the revision is prepared.
• Verification of tooling availability.
• SO paperwork review & preparation.
• Liaise with planning and hangar to prepare and schedule the maintenance visit.
• Initiate PIRM (Preliminary Input Review Meeting) to analyze future major maintenance.
