Autoneum is a global leader in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. This maintenance technician role focuses on keeping production facilities in good working order through preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics on PLCs and robots, and collaboration with production teams to optimize tool usage.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in the automotive sector and a post-secondary maintenance education.

Formación

• 2 years of post-secondary education in maintenance or equivalent.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating maintenance tasks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair production machines, tools, and equipment.
• Follow global maintenance standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance tasks and downtime resolution.
• Advise production on optimizing tool usage and autonomous maintenance.
• Verify and document maintenance actions and spare parts usage.
• Contribute to the installation and acceptance of new equipment and services.
• Ensure workspace safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.
