  • Present improvement ideas to management for approval.
  • Design automation solutions through benchmarking and vendor collaboration.
  • Research and apply best practices in industrial automation.
  • Select suppliers using decision‑making analysis tools and partner with them to design solutions.
  • Plan and manage projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead implementation of automation solutions through production release.
  • Serve as the primary interface with automation vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain collaboration with process and equipment owners to ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to support successful production ramp‑up.
  • Direct and coordinate engineering activities related to development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices.
  • Define test conditions and oversee operational, functional, and performance phases.
  • Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports for engineering teams.
  • Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
