À propos de vous et de ce rôle

L’Automaticien·ne / Ingénieur·e en automatismes industriels contribue activement à l’automatisation des procédés de production et des utilités du site. Le poste est principalement organisé en horaires de journée.

Responsabilités

• Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements d’installations automatisées de fabrication et des utilités de l’usine.
• Réaliser la maintenance curative et préventive des équipements d’automatisme (Serveurs, pc, automates, réseaux), sur des procédés innovants, dans le strict respect des règles de sécurité.
• Intervenir sur site lors de dépannages, d’essais, de mise en service ou d’assistance au personnel de maintenance ou de production.
• Développer, modifier ou optimiser les programmes d’automatisme dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue des procédés.
• Rédiger les rapports d’intervention afin de garantir le retour d’expérience, la traçabilité et une communication claire auprès des exploitants.
• Assurer la mise à niveau et la pérennité des installations d’automatisme du site.
• Administrer et maintenir l’architecture réseau process de l’usine.
• Veiller au bon fonctionnement du système de remontée des alarmes du site.
• Piloter des projets de modernisation et de revamping d’automatisme des différentes unités de production.
• Agir en tant que référent métier sur le site.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou formation Bac+3 avec une solide expérience, justifiant d’au moins 5 ans en automatisme, en mode projet et/ou maintenance sur des sites de procédés industriels. De préférence dans les domaines de la chimie ou de la pharmacie.
• Connaissances théoriques et pratiques en instrumentation et en électricité industrielle.
• Expertise confirmée sur les systèmes Siemens (S7, TIA, WinCC) ; des compétences avec S5, PCS7 (Siemens) et DeltaV (Emerson) seraient un atout.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais souhaitée.
