Esteve S.A.S. recherche un automaticien pour concevoir, programmer et mettre en service des systèmes automatisés destinés à l’industrie agroalimentaire. Le candidat travaillera notamment sur les automates Siemens et pourra être amené à intervenir chez nos clients en France et à l’étranger.

Le poste est en CDI et basé près de Rians, avec environ 30% de déplacements. Bonnes compétences en anglais souhaitées et une appétence terrain indispensable.

Qualifications

• Diplômé(e) d’une formation automatisme (Licence/But/GEEI ou équivalent).
• Expérience ou stages en programmation d’automates, idéalement Siemens.
• Connaissances en électricité et mécanique et maintenance.
• Disponibilité pour déplacements autour de 30% du temps.
• Bonnes compétence(s) en anglais oral et écrit.

Responsabilités

• Analyser le cahier des charges du procédé client.
• Concevoir et développer nos systèmes automatisés.
• Programmer et configurer nos automates et IHM (Siemens Tia Portal, Rockwell).
• Mettre en service les installations chez nos clients en France et à l’international.
• Former les équipes clients.
• Contribuer au support SAV.
• Participer à nos projets R&D.

Description du poste

Automaticien SHICK ESTEVE, basée à Rians (18), conçoit des équipements sur-mesure destinés à l'industrie agroalimentaire, notamment dans le secteur de la boulangerie. Nous proposons des solutions clé en main, pour automatiser la gestion des ingrédients, le transfert et le dosage de poudres liés à la fabrication du pain, notamment. Nous sommes désormais une marque de Coperion, du Groupe Hillenbrand et nous recrutons (en CDI) un automaticien.

Vos missions :

• Analyser le cahier des charges du procédé client
• Concevoir et développer nos systèmes automatisés
• Programmer et configurer nos automates (API) et interfaces homme/machine (IHM): Siemens Tia Portal et si possible Rockwell Studio 5000 et Factory Talk View
• Mettre en service les installations automatisés chez nos clients français et internationaux, jusqu’au lancement en production.
• Former les équipes clients.
• Contribuer au support SAV.
• Participer à nos projets R&D pour renforcer notre avance technologique.

Profil recherché :

• Diplômé(e) d’une formation automatisme: Licence Automatisme, BUT GEII, Licence SARI, BTS CIRA, Ingénieur Informatique industrielle ou équivalent
• Expérience ou stages significatifs en programmation d’automates industriels, idéalement sur Siemens.
• Connaissances en électricité / mécanique (câblage, dépannage, maintenance).
• Forte appétence pour le terrain et disponibilité pour des déplacements (environ 30% du temps en France et à l’étranger).
• Bonnes compétences en anglais oral et écrit.
• Disponibilité pour des astreintes téléphoniques (environ une semaine par mois).
