• Master 1er cycle ou équivalent en informatique ou domaine connexe.
• 7 années minimum d'expérience en conseil et gestion de projets complexes.
• Expertise approfondie des outils Atlassian et des environnements Cloud.
• Capacité démontrée à dialoguer avec des parties prenantes senior et à piloter des discussions stratégiques.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des phases de découverte et proposer des opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée.
• Tailler des solutions cloud adaptées aux objectifs métiers et contraintes techniques.
• Mentor et développe les consultants de l'équipe.
• Contribuer à l'évolution des méthodologies, standards et offres de service.
• Soutenir les activités préventes (conception de solutions, scoping, démonstrations).
• Assurer la réussite client et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes.

Job Summary

As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you shape and lead the delivery of strategic and complex Cloud solutions for our clients.

You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, while also playing a key role internally as a leader, mentor, and reference for consulting excellence. You combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to drive impactful outcomes for both clients and the company.

What You'll Be Working On

Shape & Advise

Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clientsAdvise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmapsDesign tailored solutions that align with business goals and technical constraintsAct as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward long-term value realization

Lead Delivery

Lead and oversee the delivery of complex or cross-practice projectsEnsure delivery approaches align with client needs, best practices, and the company standardsAct as technical lead when required to guarantee quality and consistencyProduce and review key deliverables and ensure clear reporting on progress and outcomes

Mentor People

Mentor team members and support their technical and professional developmentContribute to onboarding and enablement of new consultants

Drive Consulting Excellence

Act as a reference point for best practices, methods, and toolsSupport consultants in resolving complex or strategic challengesEncourage knowledge sharing and contribute to practice developmentContribute to the evolution of methodologies, standards, and service offerings

Collaborate & Contribute

Work closely with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teamsSupport complex presales activities (solution design, scoping, demonstrations)Identify business opportunities and contribute to account growthStrengthen collaboration across teams and practices

Ensure Client Success

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholdersEnsure high levels of satisfaction and service consistencySupport long-term engagement strategies and value realizationAct as an escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution

Do You Have What It Takes?

To succeed in this role, you bring:

A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field7y minimum experience inconsulting and leading complex projectsDeep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environmentsProven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
