Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in some regions)
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Promote the rewards program and customer loyalty
