Apex Group in France seeks an experienced professional to lead a sub-team within Global Business Sector, driving accurate NAV packs, client reporting and risk-aware operations. You will manage resources, oversee deliverables, and ensure quality while maintaining strong client relations.

Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining tight deadlines, liaising with auditors and banks, and delivering statutory accounts with proper disclosures.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of working experience in the Global Business Sector or an audit firm would be an advantage.
• Holds a degree or has completed/substantially completed a professional ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a client service mindset when servicing the client.
• Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all operational aspects of sub-team deliverables including effective management of the resources and activities, and providing regular updates to Unit Head.
• Ensure that final deliverables to clients are 100% correct in terms of quality and accuracy.
• Develop full awareness of individual clients and their requirements and manage client relationships, ensuring that they are satisfied with level of service.
• Oversee, review and monitor work done by team members and ensuring that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Show understanding of business risks in the Global Business Sector (GBS) and approach day-to-day work with a risk minimisation mind-set.
• Review working files and NAV calculation for Funds.
• Ensure proper and timely update of the accounting system for Funds in the portfolio.
• Deliver detailed NAV pack to the client as required.
• Calculation of management fees, waterfall, preferred return, equalization and carried interest.
• Review of capital call and distribution to Funds investors.
• Review of capital account statements and statement of holdings to Funds' investors.
• Review of management accounts, financial statements and tax computations.
• Deliver high quality accounts in statutory format including all applicable disclosures.
• Liaison with auditors on financial statements statutory audit.
• Process invoices and bank transfers for clients and ensure liaison with banks for settlements.
• Review and filing Annual returns, APS returns, PAYE return, TDS returns, VAT returns, Indian tax returns within statutory due dates.
• Deal with tax issues, queries from MRA, clients and other authorities.
• Mentoring and coaching of team members and identifying training needs and communicate to Unit Head.
• Assisting in a culture of continuous process improvement and promoting and driving efficiency initiatives.
