Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director of Aseptic Production to lead a major site service within the AP department. You will translate strategy into priorities, directly manage ~ten leaders and guide a population of about 100 employees with a focus on safety, quality, timelines, costs, and development.

You will operate in a fast-paced, international environment on a French site, requiring strong English and French proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in science/engineering with leadership experience.
• 6–7 years management experience in pharma/cosmetics.
• Strong aseptic production and regulatory knowledge (GMP, CAPAs, change control).
• Ability to link KPIs to capacity, costs, quality and value-chain challenges.

Responsabilités

• Translate site strategy into operational objectives and KPIs.
• Drive service performance across safety, quality, timelines, costs, and people development.
• Ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness with rigor.
• Coach and develop ~ten leaders through direct people management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance.
