Job summary

Dipli is seeking a freelance marketing and communications professional to contribute across content creation, newsletters, CRM, and digital marketing. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing & Communication to produce content for Dipli and client programmes, while managing emails, social media, and website updates.

You will translate and manage content in French and English, coordinate translations, and help organize documentation and assets.

Your role

Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Communication and the Marketing & Communication team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of activities: content, newsletters, CRM, customer communications, digital marketing, translation and creative production.

Your goal: play an active role in creating and delivering communications for both Dipli and the programmes we run for our clients.

Your responsibilities

Content creation and distribution

• Help write and publish blog articles.

• Contribute to newsletters and help promote commercial campaigns.

• Help manage our social media channels, particularly Instagram.

• Update website content and selected Dipli editorial formats.

• Help organise, maintain and update the team’s shared documentation and resources.

• Help prepare photo and video shoots and support content production.

Client programme communications and activation

• Create and update emails for trade-in programmes.

• Help design and build emails.

• Prepare communications for users and sales teams.

• Support the rollout of communications and activation campaigns for client programmes.

• Check messaging, visuals and user journeys for consistency before they go live.

Website and FAQ content management

• Maintain and update FAQs across our programmes.

• Help manage translations.

• Coordinate the different language versions of our content.

• Update elements of the Dipli website, including banners and embedded content.

• Carry out regular checks to identify outdated or inconsistent content.
