The Department of Information, Operations and Management Sciences is seeking to fill a faculty position in the field of Data Science and Analytics. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Statistics, Econometrics or Data Science (or an equivalent business and management discipline) and demonstrate excellent technical skills and programming expertise in Data Science and Analytics. They should also possess strong teaching abilities and the potential to publish in leading academic journals. Evidence of these qualities may be shown through post‑doctoral experience or previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Statistics, Machine Learning and Econometrics courses in both English and French at undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop lectures for graduate and Executive Education programmes.
