The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is looking for an EMEA online trainee to collaborate with the Digital Communication & Marketing Manager for the Le Labo brand. You will be deeply involved in analyzing e-commerce performance and supporting online operations. The role requires a minimum Bac+4/5 education and strong fluency in English.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for the fragrance industry. The position allows for substantial interaction with global teams and a dynamic, international work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bac+4/5.
• First experience in e-commerce/digital preferred and/or sales.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilités

• Run & analyze Retail.com business: optimize processes and manage partners.
• Support Brand.com business reporting and implement new solutions.
• Assist with product launches and online content management.
