This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ASO Specialist based in France.

We are looking for a results-driven ASO Specialist to strengthen app visibility, increase organic acquisition, and drive growth across international markets in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will manage the optimization and promotion of Android and iOS applications, combining keyword research, creative optimization, localization, and data-driven experimentation. You will analyze competitor activity, monitor app store ranking algorithms, and identify new opportunities to improve rankings, conversion rates, and overall performance. Working closely with design, development, and account management teams, you will turn insights into actionable optimization strategies. You will also leverage advanced analytics platforms and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and accelerate growth across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets. Accountabilities

• App Store Optimization Strategy: Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve the visibility, discoverability, and performance of Android and iOS applications across international app marketplaces.
• Keyword Research and Semantic Optimization: Build and refine semantic keyword sets, identify high-potential search terms, and optimize app metadata to improve organic rankings and attract relevant users.
• Visual and Conversion Optimization: Optimize app store creative assets, including icons, screenshots, and other visual elements, to strengthen app positioning and improve conversion rates.
• Localization and International Growth: Adapt app store listings and optimization strategies to different regions, languages, and market conditions to maximize performance across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, analyze app store trends, assess market opportunities, and identify emerging strategies that can support sustainable growth.
• Hypothesis Development and Testing: Formulate, implement, and evaluate ASO hypotheses through structured experimentation, using performance data to identify effective approaches and uncover new growth opportunities.
• App Store Account Management: Manage developer accounts through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, overseeing app publishing, updates, promotional activities, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor relevant app store metrics, assess optimization results, and use analytical insights to refine strategies and improve acquisition performance.
• Technical and Creative Briefing: Prepare clear, actionable technical and creative briefs for designers and developers, ensuring that optimization initiatives are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and account management teams to coordinate app releases, maintain operational quality, and support broader acquisition objectives.
• AI-Enabled Optimization: Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research, streamline repetitive tasks, support experimentation and increase the efficiency of ASO workflows.

Requirements

• Relevant Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on ASO experience within the iGaming industry, with a practical understanding of app growth and optimization in competitive markets.
• Mobile App Promotion: Demonstrated success promoting Android and iOS applications across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
• Motivated Traffic Experience: Previous experience working with incentivized or motivated traffic and understanding its role in mobile app acquisition strategies.
• App Store Algorithm Expertise: Strong understanding of app marketplace ranking algorithms, indexing mechanisms, ranking factors, moderation policies, and platform-specific restrictions.
• Keyword Research and Metadata Optimization: Practical experience building semantic keyword sets, optimizing app listings, and identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility and conversion.
• Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to analyze app performance, evaluate competitors, identify market trends, formulate hypotheses, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• ASO Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with relevant industry tools, including ASOMobile, Keitaro, Octo Browser, AppMagic, data.ai, keyword research tools, and Google Trends.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Confident use of AI-powered tools to support research, analysis, content optimization, and workflow automation.
• Technical and Creative Coordination: Ability to prepare clear briefs, collaborate effectively with designers and developers, and coordinate the implementation of optimization initiatives.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications, experiments, and updates while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive, analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently, respond to changing market conditions, and continuously improve optimization strategies.
