Jobtailor in Île-de-France (Neuilly-sur-Seine area) seeks a procurement/support specialist to assist ARIBA users and coordinate purchasing processes. You will manage purchase orders, monitor receipts, and support supplier relationships in a cross-functional environment.

The role requires Bac +2 or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while staying proactive and responsive in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac +2 qualification or significant experience in user support / procurement.
• Experience in supply and procurement process management.
• Knowledge of purchasing and accounting.
• Ability to handle complex situations (invoicing, reconciliations).
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, demanding environment.
• Autonomy, rigor and sense of priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, curious and responsive.

Responsabilités

• Provide user support for the ARIBA tool (ticket management, incident resolution, request tracking)
• Provide support for procurement tools: SAP S/4HANA, BASWARE
• Contribute to the smooth execution of purchasing and supply processes
• Enter purchase orders in ARIBA
• Monitor receipts in coordination with management control
• Participate in project meetings
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Create suppliers in MDG
• Ensure administrative follow-up (filing, updating tracking spreadsheets)
