We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Individual will be based in a territory which may include some air travel and overnight stays as needed within assigned geography.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitable sales within assigned geography.
  • Execute company sales strategies supporting company initiatives.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve company position within marketplace.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the c-suite.
  • Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals.
  • Provide technical and product related support to assist customers in selecting the right spare parts for their application.
  • Work closely with customer service teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new products and best practices.
  • Manage QBR’s with key accounts.
