Job summary

IBM Consulting in France seeks a Security Architect focused on IAM & Machine Identities. You will design and implement security architectures, govern identities for humans and AI agents, and drive secure digital transformation across hybrid environments.

You will lead IAM strategy including IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, and CIAM, while integrating AI security, and ensuring GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 compliance. Strong collaboration with IT and DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of security architecture design experience with IAM projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and AI-related security.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure network and system architectures.
• Ensure security of hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Define and evolve IAM architecture: IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM.
• Secure machine-to-machine communications, service accounts, secrets mgmt.
• Integrate AI into IAM: ITDR, access reviews, role mining.
• Define identity model for AI agents: authentication, least privilege.
• Recommend innovative security solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps to embed security by design.
• Ensure architectures comply with GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001.
