Job summary

Magellan recherche un Architecte B2C Salesforce Cloud pour diriger les initiatives SFCC B2C auprès de clients internationaux et des équipes internes. Vous définirez l’architecture, piloterez les livrables et assurerez la cohérence technique tout en proposant des patterns évolutifs.

Le rôle exige leadership, excellente communication et expérience avérée dans le retail/luxe. Proposée une collaboration en agence Paris avec des missions globales et une forte dimension stratégique.

Qualifications

• Master ou équivalent requis.
• 6–7 ans d'expérience sur Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Certification Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer obligatoire.
• Expérience dans le retail/luxe avec références client.
• Expérience en cabinet de conseil ou Salesforce SI souhaitée.
• Anglais écrit et oral excellent dans un contexte international.
• Forte expertise SFCC et capacité à mener des équipes techniques.
• Curiosité pour d'autres Clouds Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Devenir le lead technique-fonctionnel SFCC B2C pour nos clients et équipes internes.
• Conception et architecture SFCC: définir l'architecture, assurer la cohérence technique et recommander des patterns.
• Direction et gouvernance: diriger les équipes techniques, assurer la qualité, estimer l'effort, revoir le code et déployer en production.
• Conseil client: interlocuteur principal pour les parties prenantes métier et IT, aligner SFCC avec Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Innovation et meilleures pratiques: suivre les évolutions Salesforce et impulser l'amélioration continue.

• Serve as the technical-functional Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud lead for both clients and internal teams.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Define the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture, ensure technical and functional consistency, and recommend scalable, robust design patterns aligned with best practices.
• Leadership & Governance: Lead technical teams, ensure the quality of project deliverables, and contribute to project scoping, solution design, effort estimation, code reviews, and production deployments.
• Client Advisory & Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for both business and IT stakeholders, identify synergies with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and provide strategic guidance on platform evolution.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem developments, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6–7 years of experience delivering Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) projects.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in the retail or luxury sector, supported by relevant client references.
• Previous experience within a consulting firm or Salesforce system integrator (such as Accenture, Capgemini, VISEO, CGI, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills in an international business environment.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud functionalities and demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
• Curiosity and interest in other Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities, including initiative, customer focus, a trusted advisor mindset, and excellent communication skills.
