Demartino Law seeks an Architect, Urban Planner & Acculturation Coach to support domain architects in developing business-oriented skills and concepts. You will coach in workshops, formalize materials, and lead acculturation sessions across domains, updating architecture deliverables in line with new frameworks.

Strong writing, facilitation, and collaboration are essential to drive urbanization of the system and ensure alignment with the client's capabilities framework.

Qualifications

• mastery of TOGAF and Archimate for architecture coaching and acculturation.
• pedagogical and facilitation skills to train architects.
• ability to write and summarize training materials for approaches and concepts.

Responsabilités

• Support architects in developing business-oriented skills and concepts.
• Coach domain architects in workshops with their domain on business plans.
• Formalize materials on approaches to be used.
• Lead acculturation sessions for domain architects and related groups.
• Update urbanization and architecture deliverables with new concepts.
