The ICC International Court of Arbitration Secretariat is seeking an Arbitration Intern for our Latin American Case Management Team. This six‑month, December 2026 start, is based in Paris with partial remote work options and a 35‑hour work week.

You will read, draft and translate arbitration documents in English and Spanish, conduct legal research, and assist with conferences. Strong academic credentials in international law/arbitration and fluency in English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Studies or experience in international commercial law/arbitration with strong academic credentials.
• Prior work experience is beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Meticulous in performing duties; good team player.

Responsabilités

• Read and draft arbitration-related documents in English.
• Conduct legal research and read documents in English and Spanish.
• Prepare conferences and meetings for the team.
• Translate legal documents.
• Handle ad hoc assignments from the Secretariat teams.
