CONTEXT

APPRENTICESHIP POSITION AVAILABLE BETWEEN JANUARY AND MARCH 2026

The Sustainability team’s role is to ensure that Sodexo is contributing to this challenge to the greatest extent possible. As a food service company, this means supporting the transition to a sustainable food system.

The climate team, which you will be a part of, is in charge of driving this ambition, by bringing expertise and recommendations to the business.

MISSIONS

You will be supporting the team in the ongoing definition and deployment of Sodexo’s Climate strategy, including climate action planning, measurements and reporting processes.

You will work on several projects that can support clients and internal teams such as supply management, learning & development, communication. You will also support local and regional teams to create and operate their own roadmaps of reduction.

Your missions will be:

Support the annual data collection processes on climate-related topics (Scope 1, 2 and 3 and other metrics),
Contribute to the climate-related communication, both internally and externally
Support climate-related trainings and awareness campaigns internally
Manage development of Sodexo Climate Trajectory and Action Planning tool and support Sodexo local entities to create and prioritise actions plans to achieve our 2025, 2030 and 2040 commitments
Coordinate responses to ESG rating agencies, including CDP Climate Change
Improve processes of reporting to investors and clients on Climate Change

You will be working closely with other members of the CSR communities within the different countries where Sodexo operate, as well as key internal stakeholders at group level.

PROFILE

Current student pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainability, Climate science, Environmental science or similar
Fluent in English (spoken and written). French skills a plus
Passionate about building a sustainable and equitable world. Mission-driven and committed to positive change while being pragmatic, with solid business understanding
A multidimentional analytical thinker with the ability to ask the right questions from a variety of perspectives and to interrogate the options
Knowledge in Climate Impacts and/or Carbon emissions is a plus
